The user instructions are communicated from the testing system for performing cosmetic inspection of the electronic device, customer personal information (CPI) analysis of the electronic device, software analysis of the electronic device, validation and restoring of default content software and settings, and functional testing. Verification information is received from a user of implementation of the user instructions.
