The touch display apparatus includes a flexible touch display panel, a transmission electrode, and a reception electrode. The flexible touch display panel is bendable along a bending line. The transmission electrode and the reception electrode are arranged in the flexible touch display panel. The transmission electrode and the reception electrode are symmetrically located on two sides of the bending line, respectively, so that the reception electrode can receive a signal transmitted from the transmission electrode when the flexible touch display panel is bent along the bending line. The display mode of the flexible touch display panel is determined according to whether the reception electrode receives the signal transmitted from the transmission electrode. |
