Zusammenfassung:	A processing fluid contains a water soluble cation polymer having a quaternary ammonium cation in the main chain, either of one of phosphoric acid-based inorganic salt and p-tert-butyl benzoate, and water, wherein the phosphoric acid-based inorganic salt is either of one of disodium monohydrogen phosphate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, sodium polyphosphate, dipotassium monohydrogen phosphate, and potassium dihydrogen phosphate, wherein the water soluble cation polymer accounts for 40% by weight to 60% by weight.
