The electrical device further includes a barrier arranged to at least partially cover the cable opening, said barrier comprising an inner collar and an outer collar, each of said inner collar and said outer collar arranged to receive at least a portion of the cable therethrough, wherein said outer collar circumscribes said inner collar.
