The aircraft seating assembly can include an adjustable headrest that allows the headrest to be translated and/or rotated relative to a seat, a storage sleeve, and/or a spreader. The aircraft seating assembly can include an energy absorption system. The energy absorption system can include bracket which can control pivoting of a seat back relative to the bracket when subject to forces exceeding a threshold force. The energy absorption system can include a movable wall coupled to the seat.
