The adhesive layer contains SIS, a tackifier resin that is composed of a rosin resin and terpene resin, and a softener that is composed of a plybutene and a liquid paraffin. The adhesive layer also contains fentanyl as an active ingredient. The fentanyl-containing adhesive preparation for external use has excellent skin permeation of fentanyl and high preparation stability, without suffering from crystallization of fentanyl during storage. |
