Zusammenfassung:	A method of transmitting data via a data transmitting device in a wireless network environment is provided. The method includes determining whether traffic is saturated or not based on an access category (AC) into which the data is classified according to a type of application that transmits the data, a queue size, and a predetermined threshold value and determining a transmission scheme according to a determination result of whether traffic is saturated or not and the AC of the data.
