Zusammenfassung:	A composite panel with electrically switchable optical properties, having: an outer panel and an inner panel which are connected to one another over the entire length thereof via an interlayer; within the interlayer, a switchable functional element with at least one active layer; and an infrared protective coating arranged between the outer panel and the active layer over the entire length thereof, wherein the infrared protective coating contains at least three functional layers with reflecting properties for the infrared range.
