Zusammenfassung:	An oxygen-absorbing resin composition containing a polyester compound, and a transition metal catalyst, and wherein the polyester compound is a polyester compound having a tetralin ring obtained by synthesis using a zinc compound contained in a catalyst; the zinc compound contained in a catalyst is present together with the obtained polyester compound in the oxygen-absorbing resin composition; the transition metal catalyst is different from the zinc compound contained in a catalyst; and the oxygen-absorbing resin composition is obtained by mixing the transition metal catalyst with the polyester compound present together with the zinc compound contained in a catalyst.
