Zusammenfassung:	A refrigerator having an air pressure controllable storage container is allowed to control air pressure of the storage container to be temporarily lower than initial air pressure by turning on and off a vacuum pump. The vacuum pump sucks internal air of the storage container, and a controller turns on the vacuum pump such that internal air pressure of the storage container is lower than the initial air pressure, and turns off the vacuum pump such that the internal air pressure is restored to the initial air pressure.
