CENTRIFUGAL PUMP

A centrifugal pump has a stator and the rotor parts, the stator part has body with inlet and pressure branch pipes; inside the body sections and guide apparatuses are placed, at the sides of the body the inlet and the pressure covers are attached, and the rotor part installed in slide bearings is a shaft with working wheels, after those pressure cavities are formed, and a unit for hydraulic unloading of axial force with unloading chamber connected by a channel to inlet branch pipe. The slide bearings are placed in the covers or in conjugated with covers parts; besides that the shaft has radial openings placed under the slide bearings and under one of the working wheels and connected by common axial opening in the shaft; at that in one of the working wheels in the main disc openings are provided at angle to the axis of the shaft; one side of the openings is connected by radial grooves at the back side of the disc and the other side of the openings goes to the circular groove arranged in the hub of the disc; besides that the radial gap of the slide bearing in the inlet cover is with one side hydraulically connected to the circular slot and the inlet cavity of the pump, the other side of the radial gap is connected to the cavity of the pump with additional channels provided in the inlet cover; besides that the radial gap of the bearing placed in the pressure cover is at both sides hydraulically connected to unloading chamber.
