Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to mining, in particular to methods for control of augers. To increase reliability of the auger due to decrease of start torque, start current and start time for main electric drive (4) of rotation of the screw bit (6), and to decrease traction force on lock joints of the auger bit control of the auger machine is carried out as follows. To drill a well one switches on an additional drive (5) of rotation of the auger bit (6) with feeding with feeding motion mechanism (7) the auger bit (6) to the face. Simultaneously one smoothly increases velocity of rotation of the additional drive (5) of rotation from zero to value smaller than velocity of rotation of the main electric drive (4) of rotation of the auger bit (6). One measures the angle of turn of the output spindle and at coming to the angle of turn of at least 360 angular degrees one switches on the main electric drive (4) of rotation and switches off the additional drive (5) of rotation of the auger bit (6). One drills the well to length of one section of auger bit (6), with termination of the main electric drive (4) of rotation of the auger bit and feeding mechanism (7) of the auger bit, after disconnection of the output spindle from the section of the auger bit (6) one takes the feeding mechanism (7) to the side opposite to direction of drilling, with termination of feeding mechanism (7). After jointing the next section of the auger bit (6) the process of control of auger machine is repeated till complete well drilling to design length. To take out the auger bit from the well one takes with the feeding mechanism (7) the auger bit (6) to the side opposite to direction of drilling by length of one section of auger bit at switched on additional drive (5) of rotation of the auger bit (6), at that the rate of its rotation is set smaller than the rate of rotation of the main electric drive (4) of rotation of the auger bit (6). One terminates feeding mechanism (7) of the auger bit and the additional drive (5) of rotation of the auger bit. After extraction of one section of the auger bit (6) feeding mechanism (7) of the auger bit is moved to the side of the well till contact of the output spindle with the following section of the auger bit, with connection of those. Then the process is repeated till complete extraction of the auger bit from the well.
