Zusammenfassung:	The proposed test device contains a support, a movable frame installed at the support with a possibility to be displaced in the vertical direction, clamps for fixing a specimen, which are installed at the frame, a mechanism for displacing the frame, and force transducers. To displace the movable frame, an eletrically-driven winch is used, the cable of which is coupled, via a spring, with a chain that passes over a sprocket installed at the frame.The other end of the chain is coupled with the detecting elemernt of the corersponding force transducer that is installed at the support. At the frame, a manually-driven winch is installed, the cable of which is coupled with the clamp for fixing a specimen via the detecting element of the corresponding force transducer.
