AUTOMATIC LINE FOR MANUFACTURING PART "TOOTH" OF GAS STOVE TABLE GRID

The present invention relates to the devices intended for straightening, cutting and bending a part of curved shape made of profile iron of special profile. An automatic line for manufacturing a part "tooth" of a gas stove table grid, which comprises a frame with horizontally mounted table rigidly attached thereon with a bending device with bending units, the frame and table are elongated in horizontal direction, on the left on the table processing units are sequentially arranged providing implementation of operations for production of a part "tooth" in a certain technological sequence, and the working surfaces or surfaces for positioning a special profile for workpieces of the units are located on the same line matching in horizontal and vertical planes. The machine is equipped with units that are installed on the table plate on the same horizontal line, in the following process sequence in the direction of workpiece movement: a first unwinding device, then a straightening device, a feeding device, a control unit of feed of a special profile, a bending device with a cutting unit. The cutting unit is made in the form of a bed and consists of two vertical C-shaped legs located along the axis of automatic production line, in the throat of which horizontal plates are rigidly fixed by welding, fastened from opposite side by studs, and in the bed throat a stamp is installed for trimming and cutting, and an over-die plate connected to a hydraulic cylinder piston rod fixed on the upper plate, and from the right side of the stamp a guiding tray is obliquely secured for throw-off of parts. The straightening device is made with rollers of profile straightening installed for profile straightening in horizontal and vertical direction. Compared with the traditional method of production the use of one automatic production line for manufacturing a part "tooth" makes it possible to reduce the number of workers, thus increasing the quality of parts, time cycle for manufacturing one part makes a few seconds and the volume of straightening operation of plane parts fell by 90 %.
