Zusammenfassung:A method of assessing the effectiveness of legume and rhizobial symbiosis of white lupine varieties with nodule bacteria includes determining the summary content of flavonoids in leaves of the plants, seeds of which was subjected to presowing inoculation with cultures of Bradyrhizobium sp. (Lupinus), and of plants grown of untreated seeds. A coefficient of the legume and rhizobial symbiosis (F = ??/??) is used as the biochemical index. If value thereof is less than one, the presowing inoculation of the seeds of a lupine variety with a proper strain of the nodule bacteria is ineffective, if it is more than one the inoculation is effective.
