Zusammenfassung: | The invention concerns the field of railway transport, namely the device of main parts of air distributors of brakes of railway vehicles. The main part of the air distributor has a body with a lid and a flange for attachment to a chamber-bracket of air distributor. Along longitudinal axis of the body parallel to the mating surface of the flange are located: a movable partition, a plunger with holes for charging valve and working chambers of air distributor, a pusher, a valve of additional discharging of a brake line, a check valve. The movable partition separates the main and valve chambers. Check valve separates the main chamber from an accelerating cavity. In the body of the main part is located a soft device. It comprises a spring-loaded movable partition with a rod, a valve of soft device. Spring-loaded movable partition divides the cavities. One cavity is connected to a working chamber. The second cavity is connected to a throttle channel with a valve chamber and a channel, which is closed by a valve of soft device, connected with the main chamber. In the second cavity is mounted a spring of movable partitions. Valve of soft device is installed in the rod of spring-loaded movable partition with possibility of displacement relative to the rod firmly against the rod collar. Between the valve and rod is located a spring with an effort greater than the value of effort of pressure in the cavity of the soft device connected with the valve chamber, after the first stage of braking. Stroke of the movable partition of the soft device during braking firmly against the body of main part exceeds the valve stroke of the soft device until its closure. The longitudinal axis of the soft device is parallel to the longitudinal axis of the body of the main part.The technical result consists in exclusion of damage of the valve of a soft device of the main part of air distributor, provision of a constant value of effort acting on the valve of a soft device regardless of the difference of values of charging pressure in the brake line and pressure in it during braking.
