Способ изготовления оздоровительно-профилактического средства из арбуза включает соединение сока арбуза с растительным маслом и нагрев смеси, причем с целью увеличения количества экстрагированных частей из сока на 10 весовых частей сока используют 0,5 весовых частей растительного масла. Спосіб виготовлення оздоровчо-профілактичного засобу з кавуна включає поєднання соку кавуна із рослинною олією та нагрівання суміші, причому з метою збільшення кількості екстрагованих частин з соку на 10 вагових частин соку використовують 0,5 вагових частин рослинної олії.
