Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to measuring engineering, in particular to optical-electronic devices for measurement of distance to an object. In the method for measurement of distance to object one forms modulated with high frequency basic and heterodyne signals. Through separation of smaller part of basic signal with direction of that part to additional photo-receiving device one forms support signal. By means of additional light source one forms high-frequency additional light signal. One divides the additional signal into two parts. One part of additional signal is directed to main photo-receiving device with formation of additional basic signal, the second part - to additional photo-receiving device with formation of additional support signal. One directs the basic signal on object, and then to main photo-receiving device. With mixing the basic and the support signals with heterodyne signal one separates from those signals low-frequency components of signals frequency of which is equal to difference of frequencies between the basic and heterodyne signals. At determination of distance to object from value of delay in time of main signal one subtracts bedsides value of delay in time of support signal value of delay in time of additional support signal, with addition of value of delay in time of additional support signal. Device is proposed for realization of the method. The invention makes it possible due to passage of additional signal by same electric pass with the basic and support signals, with specific subtraction of delay in time for additional signal, to compensate delays in time caused by elements of the device. Such compensation makes it possible to increase accuracy of measurement under conditions of change of temperature of environment and due to possibility of application of electric filters to increase radius of operation of the device for measurement of distance to diffuse-reflecting object.
