| Zusammenfassung: | The vibration drying unit has working chamber of boiling layers with gas distribution unit, this is installed on springy elements, and vibrator attached to the chamber. One more vibrator is installed to the unit. The first and the second vibrators are arranged as power piston hydro-cylinders, with the working chambers of those connected by a hydro-line to the drive hydro-system, this includes the hydraulic generator of variation of pressure of the working liquid. The drying chamber of boiling layers is in the lower part connected through heating radiator to the pump-in ventilator, and in the upper part û it is connected through pipeline to heat exchange utilizer with unit for exhaust to atmosphere, and through throttling unit û to suction branch pipe of the pressure ventilator. The suction branch pipe of the suction ventilator is connected to atmosphere through throttle by heat exchange utilizer. |
