Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to equipment for regeneration of debris-contaminated lubricants. An installation for regeneration of lubricant contains product reservoir, blowing pumping facility with hydraulic pump and engine body, distributive (fitting) and stop valve with shut-off cocks (valves) and cocks for lubricant delivery and condensate drain, hydraulic lines and pneumatic pipelines, distributive valve with integrated emergency and unloading valve, adjustable orifice, hydrodynamic radiator, unit for separation of water and fuel, consisting of atomizer and atomizer tank, condensate collector, coarse-mesh filter, magneto mesh filters, monitoring instruments composed of: pollution indicator of lubricant, manometer, thermometer, vacuum pressure gauge, water occurrence indicator in lubricant. The clarification unit with blow-off valve-indicator and reservoir for clarified product are additionally introduced into construction, which also contains reservoirs for ware lubricant, reagents, additives and metering device (ejector pump) and vacuum pump with motor component, at that reservoir for product and/or (in parallel) for clarified product through the hydraulic lines, through the shut-off cock (valve), magneto mesh filter, hydraulic pump and distributive valve are connected (i) through the header pipe of overfall of distributive valve with product reservoir, or through the variable-delivery dashpot with product reservoir, or through the shut-off cock and clarification unit with reservoir of clarified product and (in parallel) through the blow-off valve-indicator with product reservoir, or immediately with external customer through the cock for lubricant delivery and/or (in parallel) through the metering device or through the atomizer and its reservoir with product reservoir, and/or (in parallel) through the hydrodynamic radiator or coarse-mesh filter with product reservoir, at that the reservoirs of ware lubricant and/or reagents and/or additive through the shut-off cocks (each through its own) are connected with the gate of metering device, and the air cavity of atomizer reservoir is connected with atmosphere through the condensate gathering tank and vacuum pump or through the cock for condensate drain. The invention provides for regeneration of performance characteristics and physicochemical parameters of debris-contaminated lubricants for theirs reutilization and increasing the level of installation controllability.
