METHOD FOR PREDICTING THERAPEUTIC EFFECT IN TREATING PATIENTS WITH LUPOID GLOMERULONEPHRITIS

The method for predicting the therapeutic effect in treating the patients with lupoid glomerulonephritis comprises the assessment of clinical parameters, several morphologic features such as extent of the glomerular cell proliferation, the presence of the structures resembling "wire loops" and half-moon, the character of cell infiltration of stroma, the extent of cell infiltration of stroma, the presence of fibrinoid necrosis in the vascular walls, the duration of the disease until the beginning of the treatment. The clinical parameters are processed using the computer software (discriminant analysis).
