The invention relates to technology of dozing bulk materials and can be used in chemical and other areas of industry for application of powder materials to flat basis and in particular for application of powder-like tires on fabric materials at making layered plastics. Dozer includes tank-feeder in the bottom of which gate is installed, this is arranged as sieve with drive and under it flow rate tank is installed, this has device for control of level of material I it, and in its bottom identical sieve with drive is installed, at that each sieve is connected to own mechanism for control of amplitude and rate of its displacement and drive of sieve of tank-feeder is controlled by means of electric signals that come from device for control of level of material in consumption tank.
