The method for treating intraocular deposition of fibrin upon vitrectomy consists in the use of non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs. In addition, Triamcinolon acetate is injected into the cavity of the vitreous body. Fraxiparin or heparin with fibrinolysin is administered parabulbarly.
