Zusammenfassung:A method for recultivating rock waste banks includes coating a liquid mixture, of the spent-slurry type, from binding and fertilizing substances and the seed of plants of undemanding varieties onto hightened areas of the waste bank surface with ridges and lowering ones between the ridges. Introducing the seed to the mixture is carried out at the moment of forming a flow of the mixure and delivering thereof to the coating areas controlling the amount of the seed which is introduced into the flow of the mixture. While directing the flow of the mixture onto hightened areas, applying the mixture onto the ridges locally, the seed is not introduced to the flow, and, when the flow is shifted to the lowered areas, seed batches are periodically introduced to the flow, and, while coating the mixture onto the lowered areas between the ridges, at the moment when the visible level of the mixture being coated appears for a short time, the seed is introduced into the flow uninterruptedly. The shape of the output transversal section of the flow is formed as round one, and, while coating the mixture onto the hightened areas the shape of the output transversal section of the flow is changed by a flat one, parallel to the surface of the coating area. A device for carrying out the method comprises a bulk liquid cistern on a movable frame which is in coupling with a carrier vehicle equipped with a power-takeoff shaft, with a horizontal pipe, with a shutter and a pump thereon, with a forcing piping coming out from the pump equipped with a hydraulic nozzle with a slotted nozzle. In the upper part of the horizontal pipe, between the shutter and the pump, an inclined spout with a seed tank is made. The tank is equipped with a rotary semi-cylindrical valve with an elastic visor. The pump, mounted on the movable frame, is sludge (mud) one, and the forcing piping coming out therefrom is made as a vertical one with the double-hinge separation on upper ends thereof, in such a manner as to allow rotating the hydraulic nozzle in a horizontal plane and a vertical one. The orifices of the hydraulic nozzle is made as dismountable with a horizontal slotty cross section and with a round one. On the front end of the movable frame a clutch coupling is mounted. On the frame, on the posts above the pump, an operator's working stand is mounted. On the stand a handle for turning on/turning off of the clutch coupling is hingedly attached.
