Zusammenfassung:	A method for the assessment of morpho-functional state of periodontal ligament in offspring of the animals subjected to hypokinesia during gestation is provided by estimation of the size and the conditions of the major components of the organ under study. The specimens of periodontal ligament are assayed immunohistochemically for collagen type I. The specimens of the teeth of the mandible are incubated with rabbit antibody to collagen type I, washed and incubated with FITC-labeled guiney pig anti-rabbit antibody.
