Mechanical clutchless press (embodiments)

The invention relates to metal forming, namely to metalforming machine building. A mechanical clutchless press consists of a bed, a crankshaft connected with electric motor by means of a flywheel and a flexible member, an eccentric bushing with eccentricity, which is equal to crank throw, which is installed on the latter and is enclosed by large connecting-rod end, and in the body of which in radial direction an opening is made, opposite which on the external cylindrical surface of crank a hole is made. The press contains a slider located in vertical bed ways, and also the means of actuation of the press in the form spring-loaded mobile catch of cylindrical form and mobile stop connected by its stock to power cylinder. Novelty consists in that the mobile catch is connected to a transverse bar, which is located in the longitudinal hole made in the body of eccentric bushing perpendicular to said radial opening. In this case the transverse bar in its lower position opposite the lower edge of butt end of mobile stop projects out of the outer duct of eccentric bushing for a value equal to the width of extended mobile stop, on butt end of which, reverse to the transverse bar, is secured an elastic material-shock absorber, and on the side, turned to the eccentric bushing, a braking element from friction material is fastened. In this case in the body of connecting rod a radial groove is made for turning of projecting end of the transverse bar, and mobile stop with power cylinder is fastened on the side on the connecting rod. In the second embodiment of disclosed invention the mobile catch with transverse bar has lower part located opposite the groove of variable depth, which is made on the internal surface of large connecting-rod end, and on butt end of which an elastic element-shock absorber is fastened. The technical result is in increase of the reliability of operation of mechanical clutchless press due to improvement of the design of its actuation system.
