Zusammenfassung: | Method for production of steel articles, which contain nitrogen and vanadium, includes the melting of charge in furnace, preliminary deoxidization and alloying of fusion in the furnace, determination of chemical composition of fusion, pouring of steel into the ladle, filling of ingot with subsequent working by pressure or casting-up and heat working. After preliminary deoxidization of fusion, alloying and determination of nitrogen content the vanadium is added into the furnace in a quantity, which exceeds for more than 5,6 times the quantity of nitrogen in the fusion in the furnace. Before tapping the content of oxygen, aluminum and vanadium is determined in the metal in the furnace, during discharge of fusion into the ladle the aluminum isadded, quantity of which depending on the oxygen, aluminum and vanadium content in the fusion in the furnace is determined by the ratio. The heating temperature and the time of holding of article in the thermal furnace during thermal treatment are determined under condition of dissolution in the austenite from 50 % to 70 % of vanadium nitrides. |
