Zusammenfassung:A method for synthesis of diamond monocrystals at primer which provides building-up the initial temperature difference between the diamond primer and the carbon source being separated by the bulk of metal catalyst-solvent disposed between them which consists in applying a high pressure and temperature T0 to carbon source, metal catalyst-solvent and primer crystal disposed layerwise in the reactionzone, at that the diamond primer is heated to the temperature close to that minimal for said temperature difference. After heating the diamond primer to the temperature close to that minimal for the said temperature difference during 50-70 hours the temperature T0 is raised by 20-50 DEGREE C during 2-3 sec.
