Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the production of refractory products, in particular to the method for production of double-layer glasses for steel pouring. A method for production of double-layer glasses for steel pouring according to which at first by method of dry pressing an operating coating of double-layer glass is formed separately from grainy filler - electromelted stabilized zirconium dioxide and fine-grained component part - stabilized and monoclinic zirconium dioxide with additive 2-4 mass % of alumina of ?K-2 mark by the given correspondence of grainy filler and fine-grained component part, which is dried and singed at a temperature which is not lower than 1750 DEGREE C, after that around the operating coating of double-layer glass theceramic base from the refractory material is formed by the method of dry pressing with content of Al2O3 is not less than 80 mass % on a phosphate binder and the obtained double-layer glass is thermotreated, at that the ratio of thickness of ceramic base coatings and operating coating is between 1:0.3 and 0.45:0.25, but the thermal treatment of double-layer glasses is conducted at a temperature of 200-500 DEGREE C with isothermal extraction at final temperature for 6-10 hours. The invention provides the rising of compression hardness limit, thermal stability and imaginary density of double-layer glass for steel pouring.
