EPIFLUORESCENCE MICROSCOPE

The proposed epifluorescence microscope can be used in different orthogenics, such as oncology, dermatology, gynecology, sanitary science, pharmacognogy, and forensic pathology. The microscope contains a semiconductor optical radiation source and an optical system. The optical system contains an ocular, a lens, an interference beam splitter, which is installed between the ocular and the lens, a polarization filter, which is installed at the ocular with a possibility to rotate relative to the axis that is perpendicular to the optical axis of the microscope. The advantage of the proposed device is a possibility to adjust the parameters of the fluorescent image of analyzed object.
