Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the metallurgy and concerns mechanisms for melt level control in melting furnace. In the lateral wall of furnace there is disposed plasmotron of indirect action which body serves as general electrode. Electrodes of sensor are made in the form of separate water-cooled pipes of ?-like profile and are disposed with an interval in parallel to height in the furnace lining. Every electrode is connected to the current sensor, analog commutator, power source and body of plasmotron. The outlet of analogous commutator is connected to analog-to-digital converter, computing unit and display. The commutation device is connected by another outlet to analog commutator. The technical result is increase of technical and economical indices due to obtaining operative information during melting process. |
