Zusammenfassung:	An orthesis for the knee-joint comprises the sheath enclosing the joint with the opening in the area of the joint with the attached insert containing the circular cut-out surrounding the patella. The insert is designed as the four-radial element made of silicone rubber reinforced with the knitted fabric. The insert has the varying depth with the gradual decrease towards the external edges. The flange in the perimeter of the external edges of the radii is fastened in the opening of the sheath. In the rear side of the sheath, the slot is made allowing for fastening the fixation elements.
