| Zusammenfassung: | A method for the after-purification of waste waters involves processing thereof with horse-radish peroxidase in the presence of hydrogen and subsequent isolation of polymer sediment. The processing is performed with partially purified peroxidase at an activity of 1-2 purpura-gallein units/mg in the dialysis membrane in the presence of calcium chloride, at that calcium chloride is taken at a concentration of 0.5-1.0 mmol/dm3, and hydrogen peroxide - at a concentration of 1.0-1.5 mmol/dm 3. |
