Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the branch of ferrous metallurgy, namely - to the composition of mixture for steel teeming. A heat-insulating mixture for steel teeming contains components with following ratio in per cent by weight: 8.0-30.0 of material containing carbonates, oxides and hydro-oxides of alkaline earth metals, 5.0-15.0 of material, which contains carbonates and silicates of alkali metals, 5.0-24.0 of carbon-containing materials and remainder - fireproof filler. The invention provides for increase of the rate of melting mixture and its resistance to sintering on the mirror of the fusion of steel in the casting mold or chill mold.
