METHOD TO SEWING BUTTONS AND MECHANISM FOR ITS REALIZATION

A method for button sewing includes operations of button sewing, installation of button in button holder, placement of fabric under button holder, thread driving to button openings and formation of knots of threads under fabric, at that threads are drawn to both openings of the button simultaneously with two needles. After needles go out from button openings those are turned round openings of button by angle equal to 180 DEGREE , with formation of knots over button, at that thread do in opposite relative to each other openings of button. A mechanism for button sewing has main shaft, crank fixed on shaft and connected to con-rod, slider connected to last one, needle clamp with needles fixed on the slider, button holder and needle plate equipped with cam, at one side this is kinematically connected to the main shaft, and at the other side installed over the needle clamp with possibility of needles turn over it by angle equal to 180 DEGREE . On needle plate at beneath rod is mounted.
