Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:The invention is proposed for realization in the devices intended for obtaining of aqueous-cement suspension and products on its basis, -cement brick, mortar and concretes. A method of obtaining the activated water suspension includes mixing of hydraulic binding agent, mainly cement, with water or with filler and water with physical and mechanical activation of cement in the composition of obtained water suspension. In the method the activation is accomplished with dispersion of grains of cement component in the volumetric field of steam-gas cavitation bubbles, which appears downstream of the cavitation rotary impeller and is spread by twisted flows downstream of the impeller throughout entire volume of obtained water suspension, in this case steam-gas cavitation bubbles are generated at numbers of cavitation which is determined by the expression: where P - pressure in the fluid flow around the blade of impeller, kPa; - pressure of the saturated water steam at given temperature, kPa; V - relative speed of flow in suspension downstream of the blades of impeller, m/s; - density of aqueous -cement suspension, and in the amount sufficient for achievement of the level of cavitation noise at collapse of bubbles in the areas of elevated pressure within the limits of 80 G 160 dB. The invention provides for effective use of spent energy for physical and mechanical activation of cement, increase of the degree of activation and hydration of cement in the composition of suspension, and also increase of the equipment performance.
