Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the mining industry and can be used for processing of technogenic layers, which were formed at wet storing of sludge waste of iron-ore magnetic dressing plants. A method includes delineation of iron-containing tails of ore-dressing plants, loosening and washing away, isolation from the pulp of foreign matters and its first stage of desliming with the discharge of dump sands, classification with regrinding of raw material containing iron and its supply to the second stage of desliming, formation at the output from it of two flows, one of which are the dump sands, and another - enriched iron-containing product, its magnetic separation with obtaining of concentrate and tails. In accordance with invention, the iron-containing raw material of the first stage of desliming prior to classification is consecutively subjected to two stages of low-intensity wet magnetic separation, respectively with induction of magnetic field, which is equal to 0.04-0.08 T and 0.17-0.2 T. Magnetic fraction, which is isolated at the first stage of low-intensity wet magnetic separation is subjected to deflocculating in alternating magnetic field of induction, which diminishes from 0.04-0.05 T. The realization of invention allows to decrease the energy content of the process of obtaining the iron-ore concentrates and to increase the completeness of use of mineral reserves of technogenic layers. |
