Zusammenfassung:	The process for preparing organic and mineral fertilizer provides for grinding the wastes of plant origin, in particular the sawdust and the shavings as well as the by-products of viticulture and wine-making and mixing the mass obtained with the cake of the sewage disposal plants and inorganic supplements, namely the complex fertilizer containing ammonia phosphate and sulfate, potassium salts, and carbamide. The ratio of complex fertilizer, the wastes of plant origin, and the cake of the sewage disposal plants is 1:2.63:1.97.
