Zusammenfassung: | The proposed device for adjusting the control system of a vehicle transmission contains a driving motor with a gear, an optical rotation frequency transducer for the output shaft of the gear, a rotation frequency controller, a pulse former, a frequency-to-voltage converter, a comparator, a pulse width converter, a control unit, and a display unit. The output shaft of the gear is connected to the input shaft of the transmission. The optical rotation frequency transducer contains a disk with teeth, which is installed at the output shaft of the gear, a light-emitting diode, and a photodetector. The output of the photodetector is connected to the input of the pulse former. The input of the frequency-to-voltage converter is connected to the output of the pulse former, and the output is connected to the first input of the comparator. The output of the rotation frequency controller is connected to the second input of the comparator. The output of the comparator is connected to the input of the pulse width converter. The driving motor is connected to the output of the pulse width converter. The proposed device provides a possibility to control the rotation frequency of the output shaft of the transmission in a range of 3 ... 620 rpm with an error no more than ?1 rpm. |
