The invention relates to the heat-treating equipment of products with evaporation of moisture, in particular to the evaporators. In an evaporator, which contains feed line of working steam connected with evaporator inlet, and outlet line of condensate and steam of the second boiling connected with its outlet; moreover the outlet line of steam of second boiling is connected to the supercharger, into the outlet line of second boiling between the evaporator and the supercharger the superheater of steam of second boiling is included, and the supercharger is made in the form of a jet of thermo-press, whose intake chamber is connected with the superheater of steam of second boiling, outlet diffuser - with the feed line of working steam, and at the inlet of the evaporation chamber of jet thermo-press a water sprayer is installed. Because of overheating of the steam of second boiling in the superheater becomes possible the increase of its pressure in thermo-press, which ensures overcoming aerodynamic drag of evaporator, and consequently its repeated use in the evaporator and respectively the reduction of consumption by the evaporator of direct steam by 20-30 %.
