Zusammenfassung:	A hinge for orthopedic apparatus contains united by the pivot pin fork and rectangular links, spring loaded lock with pawl, placed on a fork link, the pivot pin of fork and rectangular links of hinge,which coincides with the general center of turn of hinge link in a horizontal plane, and the center of radiuses of back curved surfaces of these links, displaced admittedly in relation to the centerline of hinge. The lock contains the turntable plate, set in the horizontal or vertical slots of fork link, pawl of lock, executed as a cylinder screwed axis, on which the spring, located in the cylinder opening, is set. The lock also contains the screw for regulation of spring pressure and spherical screw, with a ring, added to it.
