Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to spectrophotometry, specifically to devices for measuring diffuse reflection factors or diffuse transmission factors of optical radiation. The proposed sphere photometer contains an iris aperture with a variable diameter, which is arranged between the tested sample and the photodetector. The proposed design of the photometer provides a possibility to reduce the main systematic measurement error induced by the reduction of the radiation intensity due to the auxiliary holes in the photometer and, as a result, to increase accuracy in measuring the diffuse reflection and transmission factors of optical radiation. The proposed photometer provides a possibility to change the aperture diameter according to the change of the radiation wavelength in order to compensate the decrease of the intensity of radiation with a certain wavelength. |
