Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to light-emitting units of solid-state light sources. Matrix of luminodiodes includes n crystals of luminodiodes, heat conductive pad, reflectors, micro-lenses and connecting elements. In the matrix n crystals of luminodiodes are connected to flexible carrier with given topology of placement of n crystals of luminodiodes and current conductors mounted in the surface of the pad, this is in prismatic form, or like to conical form, and has reflectors as rings in cone-like or parabolic form that are placed at distance of optical contact to n crystals of luminodiodes inside polygons inscribed to reflectors, or in angles of polygons described round reflectors, at that n crystals of luminodiodes are placed with possibility to provide given reflection angle and collection of information. The invention provides increase of light efficiency and thermostability of light-emitting units.
