Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the waste recycling technology of sodium carbonate manufacture. The method for receiving chemically precipitated calcium carbonate derived from sodium carbonate manufacture waste includes separation of solid phase from distilled waste liquid for caustic ash production by ammoniac method, carrying out of sedimentation process by distilled waste liquid with sodium carbonate solution mixing, separation of obtained calcium carbonate from mother solution, washing out and residue drying. The precipitation process is carried out by simultaneous distilled water mixing with sodium carbonate solution for 3-5 minutes at the temperature of 70-90 DEGREE C at that the specified solutions are taken in the mole ratio 1:1. The use of this invention allows to receive finely dispersed calcium carbonate in the form of mixture of calcite crystals (55-60 mass %) and aragonite (40-45 mass %), volume weight up to 0.25 g/cm3 and specific surface area of the substance to approximately 11.3 g/m2. |
