Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the field of special electrometallurgy, in particular to a method for hollow ingots preparation in the plants of electron beam melting. The method involves melting of billet, liquid metal pouring into the horizontally located crystallizer which rotates around of a longitudinal axis, induction of a liquid metal bath in the crystallizer, metal hardening in the form of a hollow ingot, which is according to hardening deleted from a crystallizer, at that a crystallizer, simultaneously with liquid metal pouring, along with the ingot is turned on 180 DEGREE at a speed of ( DEGREE /s) , where (kg/s) - is a melting rate of a billet, (m) - the internal radius of a crystallizer and necessary thickness of a wall of a hollow ingot, (kg/m) - metal density, pouring-in and rotation are stopped, and the ingot is deleted from a crystallizer at the length of L (m), then the crystallizer with the ingot is turned at 180 DEGREE in the opposite side; the process is repeated till the formation of a hollow ingot of necessary length. The invention provides impossibility of wearing of the internal surface of a crystallizer, increase of processibillity of carrying out of a melting process.
