Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to ultrasonic quality control of the products made of sound-conducting materials, and can be used to control of welded connections and sutural zones of multilayered products, for example vessels, used for storage of the compressed gas or other chemical substances. The method for complex diagnostics of welded connections of vessels ensures an opportunity of revealing and an estimation of sizes of the most authentic and dangerous defects -separation zones from welded connections of layers rolled shell rings with the purpose of the following analysis and decision-making of an opportunity and terms of the subsequent using the objects under control consisting of several layers of identical material divided with soundproof backlashes. Thus for receiving the general information of the state of an object under control and localization zone of the acoustic activity acoustic emission method of diagnostics is used then in the revealed zones of acoustic activity in seams of multilayered welded connections the ultrasonic control by the direct converter the reflected and mirror method with use of the standard - simulator of separation zones of rolled shell ring is carried out. The standard -simulator of separation zones for rolled shell rings has the form of a parallelepiped with inclined lateral sides on the part of which simulators of separation zones for rolled shell rings in the form of flat-bottomed apertures oval cross section with an angle of inclination of their reflecting planes in relation to a normal to the surface of entering ultrasonic fluctuations which is equal to an angle of an inclination of one of edges of connection before welding are made. Technical result of the invention use is the possibility of detecting and measurement of parameters of the most dangerous defects of multilayered vessels operating under the high pressure. |
