Zusammenfassung:The proposed lead-acid accumulator battery contains accumulator elements, which are connected in series by jumpers. Each accumulator element contains positive and negative electrodes with terminals, separators, and electrolyte. The terminal of the negative electrode contains a frame with a wire grid and a clamp, which is attached to the upper part of the frame. The terminal is made of alloy that contains, in percent by weight, 0.20 ... 0.35 % of tin, 0.07 ... 0.11 % of calcium, 0.0003 à 0.02 % of silver, 0.01 ... 0.025 % of aluminium, 0.0002 à 0.03 % of bismuth, 0 à 0.01 % of other additives, and lead as the remainder. The terminal of the positive electrode contains a frame with a wire grid and a clamp, which is attached to the upper part of the frame. The number of the vertical wire elements of the grid exceeds the number of the horizontal wire elements by 1.6 à 2.4 times. Within the section of the grid with an area that no less than 2/3 total area of the grid, the density of the horizontal wire elements increases in the direction of the lower part of the grid. The terminal is made of alloy that contains, in percent by weight, 0.7 ... 1.2 % of tin, 0.03 ... 0.05 % of calcium, 0.0003 à 0.02 % of silver, 0.01 ... 0.025 % of aluminium, 0.0002 à 0.03 % of bismuth, 0 à 0.01 % of other additives, and lead as the remainder. The ratio between the content of tin to the content of calcium in the alloy is 23 à 40.
