Zusammenfassung: | The present invention can be used in testing components of rocket and aviation equipment in conditions close to the actual operation conditions of theequipment. The proposed method for testing automatic devices under combined action of reduced atmospheric pressure and fluctuating temperature consists in installing the device to be tested in a vacuum chamber with a possibility to be heated and cooled, producing reduced pressure in the vacuum chamber, alternately heating and cooling the chamber, filling the device tested with gas under working pressure, and checking the tightness of the device at defined time intervals. The proposed device for the realization of the method contains a vacuum chamber with a possibility to be heated and cooled, a system for generating reduced pressure in the chamber, a system for heating and cooling the chamber, a system for filling the device to be heated with gas, a temperature control system with temperature transducers, which are installed in the chamber, a recording unit, and a system for checking the tightness of the device. The proposed method and device provide a possibility to enhance the reliability of data in testing automatic equipment. |
