Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to the powder metallurgy and concerns material for manufacturing the heater of the cell of high pressure. A charge contains powders of graphite - 5-25 per cent by weight, and, at least, one oxide of the group of transition metals of IV- V groups - 75-95 per cent by weight, with size of particles of 10-40 ?m. The average particle size of graphite is 2-4 times smaller than the average size of the powder(s) of oxide. The invention ensures high stabilization of electrical indices at transmission through the charge of electric current with simultaneous improvement of the manufacturing procedure of heaters.
