Zusammenfassung:	A process for preparation of multifunctional additives containing sulphur and phosphorus consists in the treatment of zinc salt of dialkyl- and/or dialkylaryldithiophosphoric acids with barium hydroxide in the presence of water in the medium of hydrocarbon solvent at the temperature of 15-90 °C with subsequent cleaning the obtained product from mechanical admixtures and withdrawing water and solvent. The process provides obtaining additive of an improved quality for indices of pH value, anticorrosion properties, color and odor.
